1985	Willis Lease Finance Corporation is founded by Charles F. Willis – the first entrepreneur to venture into the then-unheard-of business of jet engine leasing
1996	Portfolio diversity begins to increase substantially, to include nearly all major aircraft engine types
2011	Joint venture with Mitsui creates Willis Mitsui & Co. Engine Support Limited, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with a $300 million portfolio of 32 engines
2013	Willis Lease Finance Corporation acquires the majority of JT-Power’s assets, and launches Willis Aeronautical Services, Inc., providing aircraft engine parts and materials sales
2014	Joint venture with Chinese CASC creates CASC Willis Engine Lease Company, Ltd., headquartered in Shanghai, China, specializing in engine sale/leaseback with Chinese airlines
2016	Willis Lease Finance Corporation acquires the business and assets of TES Ltd., and Willis Asset Management Limited is formed to leverage technical consultancy and maintenance services Managed fleet size of 700+ engines 60 employees across Asia, Europe & USA
2018	Portfolio diversity begins to increase substantially, to include nearly all major aircraft engine types Launch of Willis Engine Repair Center (UK) EASA Part M (Subpart G) approved CAMO
2019	Launch of Willis Engine Repair Center (US)
2020	Launch of Willis Aircraft Maintenance & Storage now Willis Aviation Services Limited
2022	Expansion of Willis Aeronautical, Services Inc. – exclusive warehouse in Pompano Beach, Florida Jet Centre by Willis launches 240 employees across Asia, Europe & USA
