    Summary: 

    As part of the Technical Publications Team, the post holder’s initial responsibility will be to review, on a daily basis, downloaded documentation gathered from regulatory authority and OEM websites and any applicable newly published or updated regulations and maintenance documents before reviewing disseminating the data across WAM and WLFC. 

    Whilst the primary focus will be Technical Publications related activities it will be a requirement of the role to support all deliverables of the Technical Publications Team as required from time to time as further defined below. 

    Responsibilities: 

    •    Technical Documentation Review 

    •    Review on a daily basis all new and updated engineering documents.

    •    Upload all relevant information into Leasepoint and EFPAC as required (see below)

    Summary:

    Responsibilities:
    • Engine Records Review and Management

    Summary:

    Summary:

    This is a role within the UK CAA and EASA Part 145 approved aircraft maintenance functional area performing planning of maintenance, planning the availabilities of the means to perform the work, control of maintenance data, preparation of work packages, and record archiving activities.

    Responsibilities:
    • Liaise with relevant Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations (CAMO) to review their requested scheduled maintenance needs and schedule them  appropriately into the WASL maintenance plan.
    • Liaise with the relevant CAMO to obtain the initially requested maintenance workscope(s) and processes any addendum requests thereafter.
    • Liaise with relevant CAMO to confirm any preloaded spares and materials and identify/coordinate the provision of any additional items that need to be sourced by WASL.
    • Liaise with aircraft and engine manufacturers and the relevant CAMO (customer provided) as required to obtain maintenance data then distribute and control within WASL to ensure maintenance personnel have access to the correct revision status of maintenance data.
    • Review maintenance work scopes with key WASL internal stakeholders to ensure the means to perform the planned maintenance activities are available (including but not limited to manpower, hangar, tooling, equipment, parts, materials, and data).

    Summary:

    Maintain the Teesside Hangar 2 store facilities including goods receiving, allocation of goods, and return of items. As a Goods-In inspector, you will have responsibility for the receiving inspection of components, parts, materials, and tools as well as storage in line with OEM recommendations and UK CAA/EASA regulations.

    Summary:

    This is a logistical role based within Willis Aviation Services Operations. The post holder reports to the Disassembly and Logistics Manager and supports the provision of business specific and transactional office-based activities.


    Candidate Profile:
    • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

    Responsibilities: Accurate tagging, logging packing and identification of aircraft components. To enrol onto an IATA dangerous goods by air, road, and sea for the onward shipping of dangerous goods. To communicate with customer requests whilst building good relationships. Forklift truck operations off loading and unloading vehicles/shipping containers recording QC into SharePoint software. Build a good understanding of all logistical procedures and maintain good records. To be flexible in the roll and assist with other key areas of work. Expected to assist Mechanic and Engineers within the Disassembly areas of work (non-Mechanical)


    Requirements:
    • English Language proficiency (Written & Spoken)
    • Computer literate
    • Familiar with aircraft component handling and recording.
