Summary:
As part of the Technical Publications Team, the post holder’s initial responsibility will be to review, on a daily basis, downloaded documentation gathered from regulatory authority and OEM websites and any applicable newly published or updated regulations and maintenance documents before reviewing disseminating the data across WAM and WLFC.
Whilst the primary focus will be Technical Publications related activities it will be a requirement of the role to support all deliverables of the Technical Publications Team as required from time to time as further defined below.

Summary:

Summary:
This is a role within the UK CAA and EASA Part 145 approved aircraft maintenance functional area performing planning of maintenance, planning the availabilities of the means to perform the work, control of maintenance data, preparation of work packages, and record archiving activities.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with relevant Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations (CAMO) to review their requested scheduled maintenance needs and schedule them appropriately into the WASL maintenance plan.
- Liaise with the relevant CAMO to obtain the initially requested maintenance workscope(s) and processes any addendum requests thereafter.
- Liaise with relevant CAMO to confirm any preloaded spares and materials and identify/coordinate the provision of any additional items that need to be sourced by WASL.
- Liaise with aircraft and engine manufacturers and the relevant CAMO (customer provided) as required to obtain maintenance data then distribute and control within WASL to ensure maintenance personnel have access to the correct revision status of maintenance data.
- Review maintenance work scopes with key WASL internal stakeholders to ensure the means to perform the planned maintenance activities are available (including but not limited to manpower, hangar, tooling, equipment, parts, materials, and data).
- Review maintenance workshops with key WASL internal stakeholders to identify and then coordinate the provision of any required external services (e.g. Non non-destructive testing, Tooling Loan).

Summary:
This dual responsible role requires the individual to have a good knowledge of Health and Safety and Facilities Management, an appreciation of Environmental and Sustainability Management would also be advantageous. This is a hands-on role that requires a combination manual work as well as office-based activities, with potential out of hours requirements, and therefore the candidate should ideally be located within a reasonable distance from the Bridgend area.
Responsibilities:
H&S:▪ Responsible for continual compliance oversight of the Health & Safety Management System within the operational streams of the organization.
▪ A critical requirement of the role will be a strong working knowledge of OHSAS45001and The Health & Safety at Work Act and all other associated regulations.
▪ The post holder will have the ability to apply and review risk assessments and be qualified to a minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate level. The role will include:

Activities to include:
- Ensure continued compliance with OHSAS45001 and the Health & Safety at Work Act and all associated regulations and approved codes of practice.
- Maintain the Legal and Compliance Register relating to Health and Safety issues and review any impacts on the existing Safe Systems of Work operated by the company.
- Maintaining and checking the Legal Register and all other registers that form part of the Safety Management system.
- Reporting to the Compliance Director of any shortfalls in OHSMS compliance requirements.
- Assist in the meeting of company Health and Safety Objectives via the implementation of the necessary policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and assistance and act as the focal point for the Operational streams in developing or amending Risk Assessments (RA) / Safe Systems of work (SSoW), paying particular attention to the risk controls in place.
- Ensure that records of RA and SSoW are maintained and reviewed and to provide advice and guidance on protocols when such assessments require amendments.
- Reviewing contractors Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) for suitability prior to on-site activity.
- Undertaking regular integrated Quality and Health & Safety audits, ensuring that corrective actions for any non-conformances are implemented.
- Investigate causes of any incidents (accidents / near-miss), the circumstances leading to them and compiling the necessary reports and giving advice to prevent recurrence.
- Advise and interpret the implementation of health & safety legislation within the operational streams.
- Ensure (from a compliance perspective) that all Fire Detection, Fire Fighting, First Aid equipment is provided / in place and maintained to comply with the requirements of the company’s risk assessments and H&S Management system.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate and Facilities Qualification (ILM, Diploma, Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management).

- Practical understanding of how activities are performed to systematically assist with developing processes & procedures.
- Good personal management skills, with the ability to priorities a varied workload thus ensuring departmental deadlines are met.

Summary:
Working alongside our logistics team, this trainee position will provide the successful candidate with the knowledge to become proficient with the duties to support the international transportation of Company owned, Managed Fleet aircraft engines and equipment all locations. Interface with global transportation and logistics companies and coordinate the Ground and Air transportation and associated Import and Export documentation requirements for engine and equipment movements. This position will also work towards gaining knowledge in the daily care and control of the company Bonded Warehouse, and all associated reporting to customs control along with understanding how the company stays in compliance with the requirements of the AEOC.
Responsibilities:
▪ Import/ Export/Customs/ HMRC Compliance and Control- Effective control of the import, export, and clearance of all aero engines, stands and parts into and out of the WAML Bridgend and Teesside facility.
- Effective control of all imports into WAML customs warehouse, IPR and End Use authorizations with the correct use of CFSP and of Free Circulation, Home Use and Certificate of Airworthiness (CofA) regimes, as appropriate to the business, including timely provision of all customs clearances.
- Effective control of all import and exports with attention to import duty and VAT liabilities to WAML where feasible.
- Production and management of shipping and logistics purchase orders, commercial invoices and packing slips. Effective control and application of optimized import customs values.
- Ensures HMRC regulatory compliance and effectively manages all WAML import, export and clearance documentation, ensuring conformance with required regime regulatory requirements, CPC, and tariff codes.
- Effective management of IPR and End Use deferments and extensions and advises the Director of Operations, International Transportation of potential liabilities in good time to allow effective cost limitation measures to be applied (e.g., where extensions cannot be obtained).
- Effective and early collaboration with WLFC Contracts personnel to ensure customs compliance with regards declaration of import/export customs values and Incoterms.
- Effective management of customs liability under the various regimes to ensure duty and VAT payments due to WAML/WLFC are minimized as much as possible.
- Liaise as required with the Warehouse Team Leader regarding the import and export of engines and material from the WAML and Teesside Facility
- Keep up to date with Customs regulation and necessary documentation requirements for the various Countries that Company engines and equipment are expected to be transporting to and from.
▪ Logistics/ Transportation/ Documentation- Effective control of all functions associated with the shipment around the world of all aero engines and engine stands and any large consignments of parts as required.
- Effective control of goods from collection to receipt at customer/repair vendor facilities, or into WAML facilities.
- Control and validation of final shipping and freight invoices to ensure that they match originating purchase orders and collaboration with the Finance department to rectify any discrepancies.
- Effective management of engine and engine stand movements through the stock control system.
- Effective liaison with external shipping and logistics departments, shipping agents, and importers and exporters of record.
- Acquire quotes from Company approved Freight Forwarders to support transportation requirements.
- Coordinate the Company fleet engine shipments with the Customer, regardless of which party is responsible for the transportation (internal or external).
- Provide daily care and control of the company Bonded Warehouse and all associated reporting to customs control.
- Perform audits of the bonded warehouse, to ensure material in bond correlates to customs data. Update Quantum Logistics system as required.

Summary:
Hands-on leader to assume management and P&L responsibility for the Jet Centre by Willis, at Teesside Airport. You will manage all aspects of the FBO including but not limited to: line operations, fuel sales, hangar sales, marketing, new business development, customer retention, quality control, security, and safety compliance.
