    Summary: 

    As part of the Technical Publications Team, the post holder’s initial responsibility will be to review, on a daily basis, downloaded documentation gathered from regulatory authority and OEM websites and any applicable newly published or updated regulations and maintenance documents before reviewing disseminating the data across WAM and WLFC. 

    Whilst the primary focus will be Technical Publications related activities it will be a requirement of the role to support all deliverables of the Technical Publications Team as required from time to time as further defined below. 

    Responsibilities: 

    •    Technical Documentation Review 

    •    Review on a daily basis all new and updated engineering documents.

    •    Upload all relevant information into Leasepoint and EFPAC as required (see below)

    Summary:

    Responsibilities:
    • Engine Records Review and Management

    Summary:

    Summary:

    This is a role within the UK CAA and EASA Part 145 approved aircraft maintenance functional area performing planning of maintenance, planning the availabilities of the means to perform the work, control of maintenance data, preparation of work packages, and record archiving activities.

    Responsibilities:
    • Liaise with relevant Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations (CAMO) to review their requested scheduled maintenance needs and schedule them  appropriately into the WASL maintenance plan.
    • Liaise with the relevant CAMO to obtain the initially requested maintenance workscope(s) and processes any addendum requests thereafter.
    • Liaise with relevant CAMO to confirm any preloaded spares and materials and identify/coordinate the provision of any additional items that need to be sourced by WASL.
    • Liaise with aircraft and engine manufacturers and the relevant CAMO (customer provided) as required to obtain maintenance data then distribute and control within WASL to ensure maintenance personnel have access to the correct revision status of maintenance data.
    • Review maintenance work scopes with key WASL internal stakeholders to ensure the means to perform the planned maintenance activities are available (including but not limited to manpower, hangar, tooling, equipment, parts, materials, and data).

    Summary:

    Maintain the Teesside Hangar 2 store facilities including goods receiving, allocation of goods, and return of items. As a Goods-In inspector, you will have responsibility for the receiving inspection of components, parts, materials, and tools as well as storage in line with OEM recommendations and UK CAA/EASA regulations.

    Summary: 

    To provide Technical Records support to the Willis Lease Finance portfolio/program and other areas of the business when required. 

    Responsibilities: 

    Engine Records Review and Management 

    •    Review and verification of the accuracy and completeness of Technical Documentation, including but not limited to lease returns, post-lease inspections, minor shop visits, etc.

    •    Ongoing maintenance and review of the engine records during the lease period.

    •    Responsible for the collation and management of original records with due consideration for regulatory and Willis’s storage obligations.

    •    Audit compliance of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins for each engine and ensure correct/status is entered into the applicable database and records management system.

    •    Update Willis database for tracking of accurate and current information for engines, components, inspections, and other technical information including monthly utilization.

    •    Understands Life Limited Back to Birth trace requirements including how particular ADs and SBs affect the life limit of LLPs.


    Continuous Records Management 

    •    Ensure all engine records are updated to accurately reflect the latest technical data, (i.e. ADs, SBs).

    •    Ensure all updated engine records are filed in the relevant location, whether they are hard copy or digital records.


    Planning and Organizing 
    •    
    Maintain continuous familiarity with WAML and WLFC processes and procedures.

    •    Effectively manage conflicting priorities and tasks on a day-to-day basis.

    Summary:


    To efficiently manage and direct ramp activities to deliver high quality products/services to our customers
    providing the necessary services to aircraft as required. This includes (but is not limited) to manage the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo and mail, sorting and transporting baggage to and from the aircraft and the operation of specialist ground servicing equipment.


    Responsibilities:


    Airside Areas

    • Maintain applicable safety and performance standards.
    • Develop and build good relations with customers and Airport authorities.
    • Unload and load baggage and cargo from Aircraft in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Report irregularities and take appropriate action.
    • Participate and contribute to internal and customer meetings.
